Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem "Qul a'oozu bi rabbil-falaq (1) Min sharri maa khalaq (2) Wa min sharri ghaasiqin izaa waqab (3) Wa min sharrin-naffaa-taati fil 'uqad (4) Wa min sharri haasidin izaa hasad (5)

(1) Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak (2) From the evil of that which He created (3) And from the evil of darkness when it settles (4) And from the evil of the blowers in knots (5) And from the evil of an envier when he envies.

Al-Ikhlas 112:1-4, Al-Falaq 113:1-5, An-Nas 114:1-6. Whoever recites these three times in the morning and in the evening, they will suffice him (as a protection) against everything.
